You’re in the best of hands if you want customized products produced in small batches or even on a mass-produced scale – we can also produce smaller quantities quickly and reliably. We see difficult tasks as a challenge, which we meet head-on with dedication, expertise and advanced engineering. Our Group is a pioneer in the cold forming of stainless steel using technology, which we’ve continuously fine-tuned and expanded over the decades.
For over 40 years we have been cold forming virtually all types of metal, and acquired extensive expertise in the process which you can benefit from. This enables us to produce parts up to M16 using our own equipment. Our products are suitable for any application: From simple formed parts and standard products from our inventory to special products in assorted sizes. If you’re after setscrews in a variety of materials, we can supply them too.
We’re also flexible when it comes to special requirements, such as 100% checks, customized batch production, EN 10204 test certificates, initial sample reports, batch production and warehousing.
Our precision is another strength you can depend on. We can form parts with the smallest of tolerances – and achieve consistent quality thanks to our measurement and testing methods plus ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Our promise: With us, you enjoy the convenience of a single point of contact at every stage – from development and production to delivery. On top of this, we’re well-accustomed to ensuring your products are given a professional coating.
With our immense warehouse capacity, we’re among the leading suppliers as an importer of standardized setscrews and screws. We’ve been an importer since the 1970s, and thanks to our close working relationships we can offer you an extensive portfolio that represents outstanding value for money. We have one of Europe’s largest ranges of merchandise covering setscrews, so we can also quickly deliver the standard parts you’re looking for.
Since autumn 2015 the company Erich Ulrich has been part of the Schilt Group, which also comprises the companies Karl Schilt in Balgheim and Ebinghaus GmbH in Hattingen. Both companies have a well-established market presence. Karl Schilt – former competitor to Erich Ulrich and now partner – is the leader in the cold forming of stainless steel parts. Ebinghaus GmbH focuses on machining larger setscrews up to M42. The strong bonds and close contact we maintain within our Group enables us to utilize synergies and optimize our technological and process expertise to your advantage.
The grub screws and screws by Schilt Group withstand extreme loads and take on lifesaving and important tasks on land, on water and in the air. Those parts literally hold together what belongs together.
